	Because we believe each church is unique, we offer flexible, informal campaign strategies that can be molded to fit your specific church. Our use of Ministry Teams in our organizational structure allows each church to adapt campaign plans to their church.
	Because we believe each church has a unique, God-given purpose and vision, we assist each church in discovering and fulfilling their God-given mission and vision.
	Because we believe that spiritual growth and growth in giving is fostered best in an environment of open fellowship and Bible study, our campaign plans are primarily a spiritual journey with financial results.
	Because we see our work as a God-called vocation, we define our consultant role as one of facilitating, encouraging, coaching the lay leaders of the campaign.
